![]() The BTSA Program assists K-12 beginning teachers, experienced teachers, and school site administrators to ensure beginning teacher success and retention. BTSA provides the essential support, resources and collegial planning required for new teacher classroom effectiveness, enhanced teaching strategies for students from diverse backgrounds, focused professional growth, and increased awareness of teaching as a profession. MyPDC is the web based management system for teachers and support providers participating in the BTSA program.
