The mission of the Santa Paula Elementary School District is to ensure all students receive the highest quality education resulting in each every one reaching their fullest potential now and in the future.

The vision of the Santa Paula Elementary School District is to provide all students with the tools to become lifelong learners, responsible citizens and productive community members.

The Santa Paula Elementary School District has as a base for its decision-making process beliefs that focus on teaching and learning. Our beliefs are that:

· Students are our number one priority and will be given every educational opportunity to excel.

· Our effectiveness in helping all students learn must be based on results.

· Our decisions, resources, practices and procedures are aligned to promote student learning.

· With the help of all stakeholders, we shall provide environments where all children learn.

· The success or all decisions must be measured by the potential impact on student learning.

· We must encourage open communication in an effort to foster student success.

· We must all value and celebrate Santa Paula and its diverse community.
